Oracle MFA丢失解决办法

甲骨文新政策对于free用户ARM的4C24G砍到2C12G，系统将在8月18日将自动清除，后续再申请一台ARM可是异常艰难，所以必须主动后台降配，没想到这时候我才发现，我有一台iphone 6专门用于oracle autenticator，估计无意自动升级app后居然丢失了全部MFA，看了一些论坛也有小伙伴也出现类似问题，唯一的办法就是找客服。

所需信息如下（提前准备好，缺一不可尤其是free用户）：

• Email address（注册邮箱）
• Tenant name / Cloud Account Name（租户名称）
• Phone number（注册时绑定的手机号）
• 信用卡信息：注册时绑定的信用卡后 4 位数字以及有效期（Expiration Date）。

要知道那台甲骨文可是2019年注册的，而我又是信用卡爱好者，一堆当时注册的信用卡，但几件事刚好衔接上，第一件事搬家整理的时候我把以前过期的信用卡都整理在一个盒子里，想凑个相框纪念的。此时我筛了20年快到期卡，因为注册账号我的心态是怕被盗刷，所以找到当时注册时最优先要到期的卡，筛选出7张20年要到期的visa和master（记忆中运通一直无法通过）。接下来联系了银行客服，帮我搜索19年哪一张当时扣款验证时有oracle的扣账记录锁定。剩下最后一步就是手机卡，我又有六七张手机卡，我都不记得当时我用哪一张验证过，所以我就凭借记忆选出3张最有可能手机卡。以下时我和客服的对话，供大家参考。

第二天，顺利登录，并且重新绑定了了Google Authenticator，我也没有升级oracle而保留4c24g，有很多人薅羊毛升级后滥用，但是对我来说足够，另外我是担忧后续如果无意被爆破滥用，你的账单可能面临“惊喜”，扣款不成基本就是被删号。

总结：最好用的二验MFA就用google，且不要联网，多机备份。

感谢Oracle这么多年提供如此优秀的VPS，虽然arm后续也许也会再次砍掉或者降配到1c6g，但AMD1c1g只要还能永远保持就非常感恩了。
